What color? Blue or black?

These are blue cochin x black australorp and black brahma. I assume they are all black, but thought I would ask and see if I might be lucky and one is a blue? One is certainly a tad lighter in color than the other two. Thanks!

I am not sure about your question, however that last picture is a very tender picture of momma and babies.

there is a tiny slight possibility that the lighter one might be a lighter color than black when fully feathered but I doubt it will be blue. most of my cocin bantams are blue and they were almost a gray when they were babies.
