What color/breed is she? :D

She's a rescue, and my first rabbit. I'm by no means new to raising livestock, but I'm a complete newb when it comes to rabbits (posting this on BYC rather than BYH because I don't have enough posts to post images on BYH)

I was thinking Chocolate Agouti? I can't really tell if she's a Rex or not...

Your rabbit has a Rex coat; I'm thinking Mini Rex for the breed. Her color? Black. She's a Self, not an Agouti. An Agouti has a white belly, white underside to the tail, white bands around the eyes, edging the nostrils, and under the jaw. The ears on Agoutis show lacing, with lighter hair on the inner part of the ear, and the hairs on the body show clear bands of color. If you blow into the coat of an Agouti, you can see a "target" of different colored rings, caused by the bands on the hairs lining up.

The reason for your girl's blotchy coat is that she's molting. The older hair has faded from exposure to sunlight, and it may also be pee stained from a nearby buck spraying on her (bucks will do that, it's one of the more exasperating of rabbit behaviors). When she finishes molting all that old hair out, she will be a dense, velvety black.
