What color egg will this one lay?

I have what was supposed to be a Blue Jersey Giant....she sprouted some muffs last week. Soooo, the guy I got her from does have some pure white Ameraucanas. I"m assuming she is now a JG X w/ Amer or EE.

Just wondering, will she still lay the pale brown color of a JG?? Thanks!

Probably an olive green because she will carry both a brown egg gene and a blue egg gene. Kind of like this egg from my BA/EE cross (middle egg):

hmm, that'd be cool! Especially if any of my other EE would lay some version of blue. I guess we'll see. Thanks!
