What color eggs would a hen produce if she was part buff laced or golden laced polish, and easter egger? A green like my easter eggers? Or a white like a polish?

Earlobe color are in regards to brown and white shells only. But with mixed breeds it can still be wrong.

If the chickens base is white + blue/green you may have a lighter green egg. If its brown + blue/green it should be more olive depending on how dark or light the browns are and how green the ee are you may have darker or lighter egg colors

It would depend on the genetics she receives from the parent birds. If your EEs produce a green egg, blue with a brown coating, and if they only have one copy of the blue gene, o, then quite likely they would produce around half light green/blue and half cream/white when crossed with a white egg breed. If they are pure for o, then all greens and blues. The depth of colour from the brown pigment will vary; how brown pigment is passed on is related to a myriad of genes.

The rooster would be the polish, and the hen would be one of the EEs, btw. The EEs are a brown color, and one produces dark green eggs and the other a more blue-green.
