What color eggs did you get today?

This thread is obviously a spin-off of the "How many eggs did you get today" thread. Not sure how successful it will be, especially as it favors those of us with mixed flocks, But, you never know till you try, right?

So, what colors did your hens leave you today???

I got two dark browns (welsummers)
one blue..(EE)..plus more....

I got some brown eggs, some light brown eggs, some dark brown eggs and did i mention i got a couple brown eggs.

Light brown, regular? brown, dark(ish) brown, pink and blue!

I only got four today...One brown, one tan and two small blue ones form my August girls (they just started last week).

Well, I'll be honest... this isn't from today but it's an accurate representation of a typical day which ranges between 12 & 18 eggs total.

Yes, I am a little partial and your thread does lean a in favor of mixed flocks...

But even my same breeds lay different shades.

ETA: blue, green, olive, pink, tan, tinted, cream, light & med & dark brown, speckled peach, and just as important white! Plus I get different sizes from my bantams. I might have missed some shades that I get, I have 30 ish layers and have worked very hard specifically for a colorful basket.
