I plan to sell this guy. Can someone tell me what breed/variety and sex it might be, so that I can advertise it correctly? I'm guessing it's a boy, since the head is pink. It's about 9 weeks old.

Can't tell from that picture. Hens can also change their head color.

oh, turkeys are so confusing. I guess I will need to keep him/her around a little longer to find out.

Head is constantly pink. Do hens do that?

They can. Check the snood to see if it is retracting into a cone.
