Definitely not a splash. Splash is a double dilute of blue which results in a mostly white bird with splashes of blue/grey. Your silkie chick looks to be a mixed color.

I advise waiting until the bird feathers in more...at the down stage you can have an idea of certain colors may appear, but genetics still have a lot to unfold....you are at an awkward juvenile stage where odd feathers colors appear as early growth comes in and the feathers will change substantially in color...

You appear to have a bird headed to the white with either blue or black coloring thrown in, but how much and where is too soon to tell.
