What color is he???

I have been trying to figure out what kind of color my EE roo is. He is black and white with a little bit of brownish-red.

He isn't a "standard" color. There is no standard colors for EE's since they are mixed breeds. He is a pretty color though.

The person at the place I got them from said they were Amerucanas.

He's not a standard color, however if you want to know genetically what he is, he's likely a Golden Duckwing with Columbian genes. (basically he's a duckwing but with both silver and gold genes, and the Columbian reverses the black vs white ratio, so instead of a black breast, he has a white one)



ETA - It is VERY common for people to falsely sell Easter Eggers as Ameraucanas, sorry.

The closest Ameraucana color that he would be would be splash with red/brown leakage.
