I would take him to the vet.Whenever anything about your rabbit seems funny, pee, poop,or even a small change in attitude he needs to go to the vet.

His pee should be a light yellow,and should be runny.It shouldn't be driplets,red spots,orange pee,or red pee.

I would say its a chocolate. Looks maybe to be a rex. Reddish wee is normal in rabbits, But keep in mind if it is lumpy or bloodly then there is something seriously wrong. It shouldnt be bright red but if its the occasional red thats fine. I had a doe who after eating carrots had bright red urine, you have to know whats normal for your rabbit.

Your rabbit's color looks like the wild-type coloration - definitely not chocolate. In some breeds, the wild-type color is called Chestnut or Chestnut Agouti (or even Agouti, depending on what part of the world you live in). Your rabbit appears to be Rex coated; the Rex breeds have a particular version of Chestnut that is called Castor. Castor is a deeper, richer shade than Chestnut, and from that angle, it's hard to tell which your rabbit is.

As for the red urine - some rabbits lack an enzyme that is involved in digesting a certain protein. Without the enzyme, the protein doesn't go through a final step in digestion, and instead of getting used, it gets excreted in the urine, and for some reason this turns the urine a bright orangey-red color. This is a genetic condition, so is "normal" for these rabbits; and there is nothing to be done about it. It's a fairly common situation, and as far as I know, the rabbits that have this condition are perfectly healthy otherwise.
