What Color is this Bantam Cochin?

I saw this little Rooster at someones house, they called it a Splash, which Ido not agree with.
What color is this? Looks like it might be a Blue Birchen? I can't find a picture of that color to compare?

He sure is pretty though.

1st of all, it looks like a mix judging from the crest on it's head. Maybe a silkie mix. 2nd of all I think his color is a mix too. Maybe a mix between a splash and something else.

Not sure why you would think Silkie Mix? The comb is normal.

I just found this pic of a Blue Birchen Marans on Feathersite.
I think this little Rooster in my Pic looks to be the same color.
