What color is this EE mix rooster?

This is a 1 year old EE? mix rooster. I'm not 100 percent sure about the breed but it's my best guess because that's what hens he looks the most like out of my flock that I had at the time. His father was definitely not a EE though. Anyway what color is he. He was chocolate colored as a chick. But maybe he looks different now? I will attach photos of him as a chick and now.

Golden Birchen. He's not pure for Birchen, he's got psuedo lacing in the breast feathers.

I think the second mom. I had a chick with that coloring as a baby. I named her Toasty because she looked like burned toast. I got my chick from Meyers, she was supposed to be a EE frizzle. but she was not frizzled.

Love the name. Which one of the roosters do you think is his father?

If the second one is the mother, I would say, based off color, that the father would be the second rooster. Just guessing, though.
