What color is this frizzle roo?

This is a standard cochin frizzle roo that I hatched out about 6 months ago from shipped eggs. He is huge and stands nearly 2' tall. The breeder that I purchased the eggs from said that they would hatch out BBS, but this guy turned up. Could he be blue wheaten? Even if he didn't turn out to be the big blue roo that I wanted, I'm gonna' keep him 'cause he's got a great temperment and is gonna' mature out to be a whopper. Thanks in advance for any input.

No, he needs red head and hackles to be partridge patterned. He is handsome, but I don't know of a variety with a red breast on an otherwise blue body.
