What Color is this Jumbo Coturnix?

Can anyone help me ID this Jumbo Coturnix color? It is only about a month old, and I don't know whether it is a male or female. Definitely a lighter/redder color than my Pharoahs.

Female Egyptian. A lot of pharaoh lines carry Egyptian as well, so you will get them. There are people working on "clean" Pharaoh lines, but they can be pricey.

Egyptian is just a pharaoh with the roux gene, a sex linked recessive, I personally find it very pretty (autumn amber in Italian and scarlet in Rosetta), carrier hens only have 1 copy so always show it, males need two copies so can be closet red heads! If you have a roux quail out of a non roux hen, it will always be female. Hens can pass a copy to their sons but never their daughters. Nice bird!
