I was told it was spalding with pied gene.
The guy said that it is sister with the one on the right( with white spots)

You can call almost any bird a Spaulding anymore. If it isn't more than 25% we don't even bother to mention it. As far as her sister being Pied, depending on the parents' background, not every chick gets the same genes.
