What color is this silkie?

she is wheaten based(eWh) could be Buff, but I thought Buff silkies were based on eb?
You will find plenty of both. E^Wh based ones tend to be clearer of smut and dark feathers in wings and tail, but comb, skin and eyes tend to be too light. e^b based ones have more smut and black feathers, but darker comb, skin and eyes. My gut tells me that an E^Wh/e^b bird would probably be the best compromise between clear plumage and darker skin, but I don't have enough buffs anymore to do tests on that theory.

I am going with white.. When the wing feathers come in you can tell a bit more. I hatched some from a breeder and thought they were buff for sure even against my buff chicks they looked buff but they started to feather in white. Go figure..
