To be honest if he came from a hatchery I highly doubt he's a lav. He could very well be a really light blue though. I have a polish hen who is so light blue she very well could be mistaken as lavender . Does it matter? He's adorable! Breed to a blue or black & see what you get. With that red showing through I would assume he was a cross between colors. Does he still show any red at all?

i thought they were dark? at first thought he was grey, but to light, then i thought blue but my blues are darker. ohh im not sure i just want more of him. lol
