This little guy came out of a mixed flock of sebbies, toulouse, buff, african, chinese, pilgrim, embden, and pomeranian so my question is, any guesses on his or her adult color? His feathers are poking through the fuzz on the top and they are a lavender/blue color; much lighter than my gray saddleback poms of the same age. It isn't really important to me, just for fun as he is my tenth goose.

Here he is in a sea of ducklings! Meet Kirby everybody:

He looks like he might be an American Buff. That's what my babies looked like. You have some cute duckos in there!

I went a little crazy with my duck order this year so I expanded my run for all of them. Most of the ones are welsh harlequin and some uniquely colored blue swedes. I will get pictures of kirby as he grows and time will tell his color!

Here is Kirby after another week and he went through a little growth spurt! His wing feathers are a gorgeous blue color, I can't wait to see what he will look like.

I also went back to the store a bought Kirby's "brother" who was hatched from the same flock. Appears to be all white but has lots of reddish brown fuzz. I suspect he is an african/emden cross or something like that:

They sure are pretty what ever breed they may be.
