What color will my Cochins be?

What about this cochin, it came from a blue x blue? Is it splash or blue?

TO CARPE:

I'm not sure. i have 1 big blue that was fully feathered when I got him, but no other blue/splash experience to go by. The splash in these pix look lighter than that, but who knows? He even looks kinda like the black in the pix. I guess check this cackle page :

Oh, look! Here's an article on the subject that (in a nutshell) says blue x blue = 25% splash, 25% black, & 50% blue. So it'll be a surprise!
