What color?

Six week old female peachick. No information on the parents. Im trying to figure out the color. Thanks

I don't know much about determining what color they are but was looking at pictures of other peachicks about the same age on peafowl database and thought maybe cameo but would be happy if its purple. Thanks a bunch

Cameo is more tan/gray, this is more red like a Purple. And being a sexlinked colored hen they are more common and more likely.
 
Purple hen. Cameo hens are more dirt road dust brown whereas purples are more nesquick cocoa brown. Both color hens get thrown in to chick assortments pretty regularly though you won't get anything interesting out of them unless you pair with a purple or cameo male which can get expensive.
 
Yeah I only have a white male and a dark pied. Maybe I’ll purchase one of those two colored males in a little down the road. Thanks Midnightman14
