What colors would you call these shanks?

Slate and dusky yellow? From a wild caught red jungle fowl rooster and his hens. Curious about the genetics here, do we have a case of introgressive hybridization from domestic chickens?

The first looks more blackish than slate to me, but it may be that the photo is a little washed out. The second has yellow legs with a greenish wash.

Any bird with yellow legs or yellow under the feet is not pure red jungle fowl, since that species in pure form has white skin, not yellow.

Yellow skin in chickens came about through hybridization with grey and/or Ceylon jungle fowl long ago.
