What colour eggs will she lay?

We have an almost 18 week old pullet who’s mum is an Araucana (British Araucana so she has a full tail) and dad is Belgian bearded d’uccle. She is the cutest little thing, she’s small, has the boots and lower hanging wings like her dad, and has muffs and pea comb like her mum.
Her mum lays pretty, smaller size light blue eggs.

When I put my hands on her the other night she went into submissive posture with wings and tail up and then shook it off, which was exciting. Her face is starting to get more colour too, these pics are about 3 weeks apart. So we’re heading in the right direction but I know it is likely to still be a while - though of course I’m feeling very impatient!

What colour eggs do you think she might lay?

green or blue eggs I bet. Araucanas lay bluish-green eggs and Belgian u'duccles lay light brown.

No she hasn’t! She’s now 24 weeks old, but it’s now only a couple weeks out from winter, raining to the point of flooding (again for the 3rd time this year) and cooling down, so I’m not expecting her to lay for at least a few more months when winter is over. I’ll try to remember to update when she does eventually lay though

It’s a slightly more greenish colour than her mums light blue ones.
