what colour will my silkie chicks be?

This is probably a dumb question, but I was recently given ten fertiles eggs from white silkies run with a black cockerel and from black hens rub with a white cockerel, will all the chicks be black and white? Or can I expect other coolours too!

Bear with me, I am a beginner at this!!!!!

Why did they put the white cock with the black and hens and the black cock with the white hens? Not sure what colors you will get, it depends on what recessive color they have.

Depends on the recessive genes of the birds. Would love to see the pics of the babies once they hatch lol. Don't have any idea what they will look like
