What colouring does this rooster have?

I bought this rooster from an auction of fertile eggs and these fertile eggs were listed as ‘fertile show quality bantam silkie eggs’.
Is there a name for the type of colouration he has?
And is he actually ‘show quality’?

He's silver Partridge. And I'm no judge of silkies. But I'm pretty sure show-types are supposed to be fluffy to the point of "can't-tell-the-sexes-apart."
