What colours are dominant?

My buff orpington is gone broody, and its a real guess who the mothers of the eggs are. Im just curious will all the chicks turn out like their father (Light Sussex) or if the mothers have any input.

Certainly the mother's genetics have equal input as the father's. Color genetics are really quite complicated, it's very hard to predict what the chicks will look like, but it's a universal trait that they are cute
