Also what is going on with this guy, he’s white with a yellow tinge and he has barring on a few feathers as well as weird silkie like feathers on one side

He's Dominant White with Barring.
Looks like excessive fluff too me. Not unusual for a Cochin.

Yellow tinge can be caused by oily new feathers grown/growing in, or corn in the diet.

Okay, interesting. Not totally sure what would be causing that as he's not silkied. At least not totally.

One possibility I can think of is maybe a Chimera.
Do any of your Cochins carry the Silkie gene?

I got these guys as eggs from a breeder, so there’s no way to know for sure but they were sold as pure bred

Well, there's Silkied Cochins which is a Cochin with the Silkie Feather gene instead of Smooth(normal) feathers.

That's the fun thing about hatching eggs I guess.
