What comes after 24-48 hours in ice water?

So I finished the butchering and now need to put the meat up. It's been in ice water for 24 - 48 hours. Should I just rinse and freeze or are there other activities I need to be doing in order to make sure the meat will be both safe and taste to eat?
 
Bring them in and rinse them off and pat try with a paper towel. If you are going to use them for fryers I like to vaccum pack them, if using for roosters, wrap in several layers of plastic wrap and then meat wrapping paper. Put in frezzer and enjoy!
