What could be causing these respiratory problems

Most of the time the males aren’t separate from the hens, just in this situation since I have another rooster with the hens. What feed should I get for the roosters?

I feed Everyone All Flock, it's 20% protein, & good for hens, & roosters. I feed oyster shells on the side in a separate feeder for the ladies.

Okay I will check, what does it look like, what do I need to look for?

Mold can leave dark areas with white mycelium, some can't be seen depending on the type of fungus.

Dry Rott creates dry flakey wood, can resemble termite damage.
