What Could Be Wrong?

This hen was on the roost yesterday around 3, looked sleepy, and is still up there at noon the next day... Her comb is flopped over... I've never had a sick chicken, so I'm not really sure what to do. There are 21 others.

What is the weather like? Do any of the others seem sick? Are the eyes cloudy/bubbly? Is she breathing normal? Eating and drinking? What are the housing conditions? Is she laying eggs? Breed? Age? Vaccines? We need this information to help.
