What could be wrong?

We just got our chicks last Thursday (5/29) and yesterday (6/3) and today, this little one will not fully stand when she walks and peeps like this constantly. I'm not finding much information online about what could be wrong with her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Video of chick

Might she have a splay leg or some other foot or leg deformity? Is the temp good? Is she eating and drinking?

I would start by dipping his beak in water and then in food to try to make sure he's hydrated and getting some nourishment. If he can't move he's probably hungry and thirsty. You'll probably have to do that a lot for a while. Hopefully he'll get strength to get up and about for himself at some point but he may require a supportive sling.

My father in law has chickens and he said it didn't look like splay leg. Her legs and feet look ok and she was walking normally up until yesterday. She can stand up all the way, she just doesn't when she moves around the brooder. She is eating and drinking. I'm going to pick up some poultry cell tomorrow to see if that helps. As far as temp, it's around 91-92 degrees fahrenheit.
