What could cause cocidiosis in chicks?

So here is an update: Thank you to everyone who replied and gave help. All of the chicks are doing good especially the one effect the most. Today is day 5 of the medication. What I ended up having to do is change the feed completely to one that has amprolium in it and mix it with the medicated water to get the main one to eat. The very 1st day of the post I did that with the scrambled egg and she did finally eat a little and continued to improve. Again thank you guys for everything.
