Basically that's the question, what IS this? I've attached a photo. I'm not sure if it's vent gleet or not? Her vent looks very red like it's been irritated, I gave her a soak in epsom salts and put some canesten cream on her vent where it was inflamed. Is there anything I can feed her to help her improve?

It looks like vent gleet which comes from an imbalance of good vs. evil gut bacteria. A probiotic like Gro2Max (formulated for chickens) is good but even an avian bene-bac powder from a pet store is a good start.
As a temporary measure you could try a bit of kefir, yogurt or even kimchi to introduce some beneficial yeasts and bacteria into the gut. Understanding not to overdo the dairy. Mix a bit with feed and water and let sit till it begins to ferment. Water without chlorine or chloramines will be better due to the chlorine impact on the bacteria.
There can even be an infection of the intestinal tract. Take a fecal sample and have it read by any vet willing to do so.
That will get right to the bottom of the problem. I once had an entire flock like that. I thought about treating for large roundworms but a fecal read found they had a severe case of clostridial bacteria. Tetracycline corrected it. I don't recommend just any antibiotic without knowing the target.
A friend had a hen with vent gleet for years. My friend was saddled with bathing the hen a couple times a week all that time and she never sought a real solution. She had worked years as a vet tech for a renown avian vet practice but they never resolved the problem.
A few days of Gro2Max in the water nearly eliminated it but I think it had been going on too long to completely correct the issue.
