What could this white hen be?

I had her for a long time now :3 But I just don't know what she could be D: ! Any thoughts? She has those puff feather on her cheeks and it almost look like she has a Beard?

She looks like an EE or Ameraucana to me... especially the puffy cheeks- I think that's a give-away
