what day is day 3 incubator

I totally failed to mark the day I set my eggs. My incubator shows 3 days. I took the eggs off the turner today but am unsure if this is really day 18 or 19??? Need to know for the humidity increase...
Anyone?? I dry incubate during incubation.

1 day should not matter much if your ready to lockdown and start the hatch raise the humidity
