What did Tractor Supply give me?

Vent, comb, wattle, spur, tail feathers. Pictures and I may be able to tel.
Ok, thanks! Should I wait a couple weeks until the combs, spurs, and tail feathers are more "evident"? I do see differences in them, but they are a mix of mutts, mixed breeds, so I would expect differences. When's a good time to look at those features?
Also, there are one or two who are making it clear they're the boss, by jumping up on the water jug, etc. Not overly aggressive, just seem to be dominant, flying more. Is that a "sign" they might be a rooster?

Also, got any tips on determining the sex of 3-4 week old chicks?

Partridge or silver duckwing coloured breeds can be sexed quite easily, this is an example picture I once took from my Kraienköppe (silver duckwing)chicks to demonstrate the difference between the sexes:

On the left the pullet, note the long "eyeliner" going further behind the ears. On the right the cockerel with hardly any "eyeliner" and in case they might show some it never goes further behind the ears.

Mutts? TSC only sells pure bred hatchery chicks...

Just start a new thread in this forum, with photos. A few kinds are obvious from a very early age. If no-one can tell gender yet, then update with new pictures in a few more weeks.

Or else wait a month or two and listen for crowing in the mornings. Crowing often starts before the spurs and the male-specific feathers show up.
