Man I thought I was starting late. But I have family up in Canada and they were amazed that I actually had tomatoes on my plants at the beginning of July. Seed shopping is way too much fun. Hate grocery and clothes shopping but love seed shopping

I always get waaaay too many seeds. It makes me happy and most of them last a few years, so I try to roll with it.

I have a few strawberry plants and just planted 85 more--will need to interplant veggies, since that took a lot of real estate. I had a couple of blueberry bushes, but they got suffocated by the &$#(^ confederate jasmine before I could get it under control. The blackberries are still growing strong, and I think my pomegranate bush may be coming back from the dead.

Freezer for long term . Most garden seeds are good for several years in common storage . There are exceptions like parsnips .

Got the wire put up for the muscadines. Planted a few more leafy greens, otherwise just waiting for the cold weather to get over with this weekend. We are not supposed to have lows in the mid 30's in April. My tomatoes got frost nipped last weekend when that cold front came through.

picked up 4 x raspberry plants, started onion set walla walla sweet, brussles sprouts and snap peas already a foot tall now it it is dry here for 3 days on end I can plant them
