Oh, I'm envious, I love blueberries but our soil is just too bad for them and I forget about them too frequently. They have the prettiest little blooms too.

Me too...tried to grow them, twice. My soil is too acidic. I just had to give up on them.

Picked 2 asparagus spears yesterday . Others were coming up but not tall enough yet .

Spring is finally arriving here in Zone 5. I'm waiting until May 1 to start planting seeds outdoor. (flowers in outdoor containers)
Daffodils have been blooming over a week now. Tulips came up, but not opened yet.

These are Surprise tulips. They grow in my lawn every year. They got there about 20 years ago when I filled in some low spots in lawn with soil from garden. It must be how the bulbs got there. Most do not bloom, but this one will, Others just have leaves, and no flower.

And got this SURPRISE OVERNIGHT. It was not there yesterday, This morning burst out in bloom
Any IDEA what this BEAUTIFUL FLOWER is called

BTW it's one of my chickens FAV
DW suggested I wulf it down also. I would,,, if the dogzzzz were not fertilizing it.
I do use Lawn fertilizer, but without the weed killer, and other pesticides. My grandchildren and chickens can play on it with no worries

Tons of yard to mow dry enough but the weed eater will do most then the mower
can keep it controlled

Now I see..I vote dandelion. Good source of food for bee’s since most flowers aren’t blooming yet.
I grow some ugly flowers for the bees...lol. When they’re up I’ll take pictures.
My purple fingerlings have just barely started to leaf.
