What did you do in the garden today?

Nope. I'm a freehander. Tape just slows me down. I can paint right or left handed. Even if I means laying along the floor to do the top of the floor boards. Although in the bathroom I took the floorboards off to do the floor. Just freehanded the doors though and ceiling et al.:D

It is. I'm a stickler for clean lines.

my spouse is the same way. Me? I can do pretty well, but definitely not as straight or steady as spouse!

I wish I had the ability! I'm horrible with cutting in.

Good morning gardeners. After a frosty day yesterday the start of a nice warm up with current temps in the mid 30"s and going up into the high 40's and 50's for the next 5 days. January thaw! My tiny bathroom is no where near as lovely as @WthrLady's but the light blue paint has certainly brightened it up a lot. I still need another coat of paint on it, likely happening tomorrow, but it is coming along. I tape sometimes. If I'm painting around something that I can easily scrape the "oopsie's" off then I don't bother with tape. I took the Christmas tree down in my sunroom yesterday and vacuumed the floor. I went through my seed packets and I have a few things on hand, but likely will be spending a little on more. I'm a little disappointed after reading an article on the Old Farmer's Almanac site about which seeds last for more than one season. Apparently leeks and onion seeds are only good for one season. But last year I used quite a few seeds left over from the previous year so next year I should have seeds to carry over. If the garden does well this year I want to start saving seeds and see how that goes. I understand when you do this with hybrid plants you can't be quite sure what you'll end up with. Another adventure. Have a great day everyone.
