Have any of the ppl that have allergies tried xyzal? I bought the generic form and it worked really well. You take it at bedtime. I don't know if anyone would try it but I don't think it would hurt to try.

Mine need pruned too. Some of the varieties are ok with all this wet, but we need to be hotter and have more dry between the wet for tomatoes to be really happy. So far I'm not impressed with the growth of the honey cherry tomatoes. This evening felt a little cooler than it's been, thanks to a nice little breeze. All the rain missed us completely so I decided to water a bit with the hose... I really need to get my irrigation system put back together and set up in the next few weeks.
Decided my overgrown tomatoes were in desperate need of pruning. The San Marzanos are struggling badly with blossom end rot even though I've treated them repeatedly now with bone meal and fertilizer. The paisanos just a few inches away from them are completely fine.
As I was pruning everything to give them airflow and pull out all the rotted tomatoes, I decided I needed to go to the back side of the bed. I have Sunflowers and corn that are well over 8 ft tall just down from there. Their height is creating a little shaded area right behind the tomatoes. As I stepped into that area to prune from the back side, a huge cloud of mosquitoes swarmed me. It was so bad that I had to immediately leave. I'm not joking when I say I literally need a bee suit to go back in there... I've never seen mosquitoes that thick before. Not even in a swamp! Crazy.
That is incredible! My Lotus has bloomed.

Oh that's so awful. I didn't have a problem with the xyzal but I am so sorry that you and your family are suffering as a result of taking it. I hope everyone gets better soonDS is still very sick. I had DH take him to the doctor today. So, he has an ear infection in both ears, eyes are being impacted. He's on antibiotics now. Fever still up at 103 without Tylenol. This poor kid.
I've been so worried that my brain fog is out of control. I worked at a job site today and caught myself getting confused far more than usual.
However, there were so many artichokes!!!

I came home and watered. Smashed a bunch of cucumber beetles on my corn... There are a lot of them on the corn. I smashed at least 10.
I'm exhausted.
