We finally got some rain a few days ago, not as much as predicted, did not rain an entire day, just a few hours overnight but it's better than nothing.
My garden is still trying to bounce back from that hail & wind. I see progress. Running behind, but there will be veggies soon.
Blueberries are done, well wild birds accelerated that, my own chickens, as well. Ever watch a plump chicken jump up to reach a berry? Hilarious! I've seen Hummingbirds on the Mimosas, Goldfinches in the wildflowers, & lovely Cardinals all over. The raspberries are delicious

now! I need to take a walk to the lot next door & check out the Mulberry tree. I really love any kinds of berries.
