What did you do in the garden today?

So there's an organic grass fed dairy about an hour and a half from here (they sell Non homogenized milk, it's Sooo good! ) Anyway I just found an add they put on Craigslist, they're selling cow manure by the bobcat scoop and it's only $15 for a scoop. I'm going to have to tell my parents.

How much poo will a BobCat hold? We get it for $20/pick up truck load up here. Every gardener loves a good load of poo, especially when he doesn't have to load it!

Perhaps if you put out extra cookies, you can tempt him to park his sleigh over your garden for an extended break!

Y'all are so funny!
We have grass fed cows and a pasture full of poo but I like to use rabbit poo for my raised beds. We are going to try to make a small in ground garden this spring and we will use cow poo. We take a 5 gallon bucket and get what we need. There is a livestock auction in town and they have stalls full if anyone is close enough and needs some. Plus we have a feed lot across from us and another next to us.

lazy gardener we did get a cold frame done today. I don't know if it's good enough or not. I guess we shall see.


Dh also planted the Nankin Cherry and our Mars Grape vine today the soil was nice and soft.
