What did you do in the garden today?

Thanks, my former neighbor has been keeping up with his progress too! He really is a cute little fellow. He loves her, will even sit in her lap. He does not like to sit in my lap because i cut his toenails there!
Lol, yeah our dog hates getting his toenails cut, too. What kind of dog is he? What's his name?

I bought a bunch of spring bulbs today at Walmart. Husband said i bought flowers. No, i bought bulbs that is different. I bought on choreopsis sp? and one annual on cheap, $3 and $1 each. I already have a lot of plants that need to be in the ground. I can't resist a deal. Hopefully the varmints won't eat these.

His name is Charlemagne, but he lets us call him Charlie, lol. He is an AKC registered Papillon. I was going to post a picture but i have been taking too many pictures and they are stored in albums. Sigh.
I had to google the papillon breed - they are adorable! And those ears are so impressive. "the better to hear you with, my dear" - lol.

My Papillon , Jenny, was black and white. She was a really special dog. She picked me out when she was about 3 weeks old! Charlie is sable and white, and Collie, the first one i had was sable and white as well. I would have at least 6 of them if i lived alone.

In early may I planted 11 strawberry plants.(they were in pear pots) I now have over 100. They grew and established themselves till late June early July then started sending runners, last time I counted in late July there were 80. They've started sending runners into the grass so this evening I started putting them in pots to root. (Still attached to the parent plant) I potted 30 before I ran out of light and I'm only halfway done. :th.
