What did you do in the garden today?

Okay so now I need to come up with more areas to plant my Irises.
The tubers got Huge! Tons of smaller bulbs. So this little project just got a bit bigger.
Did I transplant some more today? Nope lol.
Hauled lots of dirt. Took down 1/2 the tarps on the run. Cut HWC. Built a chicken fort lol.

BF is looking for crocus bulbs not finding them here that is a pain but did figure out with the Son's help the new cavatelli maker made goey blobs the first time key is right amount of flour in the dough

Bee’s are buzzing.
It hit 60*.
Too windy after lunch to work.

Cold, rainy, windy and 41. I didn't do diddly today (except all those normal errands and chores that needed done).

I picked up things so that I can work all day on the ranch tomorrow without going out. It will be raining, so that's my plan. Slap on the rainboots and get some indoor/outdoorish things done.

In some of my cell trays I made my own cell blocks using a blocking tool. I like it. It says you don't have to cover the seeds in the dimple. Hmmmmm. I didn't. The sugar beets are up and have a long beety tap root going. I'm going to check to make sure that root heads for the soil. Weird right?

well, yesterday the seeds had sent out a tap root. I am hoping they will head down into the soil. Right now, everything is just sitting in the dimple in the block, naked!

Turned compost, pulled several finished buckets out of the pile. Tomorrow I'll reset the existing "in progress" side and start anew for the season.
