It's easy just put everything on the stove in a skillet or a pot of water. Cook it then eat up and enjoy. I love homemade salsa.

I meant to add that you can put it in the blender to make it chunky or puree it.

It's super easy and I love making my own salsa because I can make it the way I want which is hot.

When hubby makes salsa, he uses our food processor. Cored tomatoes (not peeled, just cored), onion, garlic, and lots of habaneros and jalapenos. Oh, and some salt and vinegar.

Pulse a few times until everything is chopped up, and then I cook it down to thicken it up. Then waterbath can. He likes it HOT. I'm a wimp. I make salsa verde-wimpy (very wimpy) for myself.

I love salsa. I use jalapenos Serrano peppers garlic bell peppers tomatoes onions cilantro and salt. I burn the peppers tomatoes garlic and onions then into the blender for them to get chopped down a bit then I add cilantro chopped and salt.
