I bought 2 of these from Amazon... One for olive oil and the other for avocado oil. You can use them as a sprayer or to pour your oil... They work awesome....

I always wanted one of those when I first saw them at Cosco, but my local Cosco stop carrying them. It wasn't the same as the one in your picture, it was a metal canister, but they don't carry it anymore. Now my Costco sells avocado oil in spray cans. I still have a can left. It comes in handy.

I don't think we suppose to use high quality olive oil for cooking. Expensive extra virgin olive oil is often prized more for finishing than for cooking at high heat (Co-pilot).

Refined avocado oil is better for cooking, it has a smoking point of 480°F to 520°F, which is higher than most cooking oils—including extra virgin olive oil (375–410°F)

I am currently using a squeeze bottle for my oil.

One of the best cats I ever had was a tortoiseshell, personally I think they’re absolutely beautiful.
This is my little torti... She's absolutely neurotic. She gets bad separation anxiety and MUST be near me at all times. I adopted her from the animal shelter. She was taken from her mama at 5 weeks old. I'm convinced that is the root of her neurotic behavior. She pees on anything on the floor (clothes, shoes, books, whatever) so we must keep everything picked up. She also pukes up hairballs and her food several times a week, no matter what kind of food or supplements I give her. She is the most high maintenance cat I've ever had... Cost me thousands in vet bills in her 12 years.

That being said, she is the most loving and loyal companion.
