What did you do in the garden today?

I remember watching his tv show and him recommending to use diluted, aged baby urine to repel moles. Seriously. Baby pee. How do you collect that?
Back in the day we used cloth diapers. I guess you'd just use the rinse bucket water - being careful to not put soiled nappies in the same bucket you're planning on using in the garden.
When I lived more rural and the sprogs were young, I'd have my sons pee around the edge of the garden to help deter varmints.

Fried green tomatoes! 👍
Slice tomatoes about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. Coat them with corn meal then fry them in butter or olive oil. Take them out put them on a plate. Then put a can of mushroom soup in the same pan (don`t clean it first leave the oil in it) don`t add any water warm it up and stir it. Put it on the tomatoes! It is wonderful! 😃

Did y'all check the tater bin for sprouters yet? I got one that's raring to grow (sprouts galore) but the ones in my grow bags from last spring are refusing to die back. I've got 5 bags of different kinds which are a mix of those from the pantry and them from the plant nursery.
We never have potatoes in the house. Not sure how we survive. That’s why I am growing some this year so we can have enough for at least a month 😅

I also dug all but one row of onions. Three years ago, we got a GREAT onion harvest. Since then, not nearly as good. I'm not sure what the difference is.
I honestly think onion growing is weather dependent. We can control giving them more water if it's dry, but not the temperatures. And too much water is bad apparently - which was the case with mine this year.
