I watered and picked some beans, okra and tomatoes.

So many apples! Insane. So many things didn't grow well, but cucumbers, green beans and apples were huge crops for me.
No way we can pick all these apples and they're falling on the ground so the cows will get them, if the wasps will back off.

My horse trainer had a new Ford 4x4. The transmission shakes so badly driving down the highway that they nearly crashed while pulling their 4-horse gooseneck. She said she will never buy a Ford again.

That's terrifying.

Exactly though. I choose a good powertrain over everything else.

We got just over a quarter of an inch of rain. Over 2800 lightning strikes last night. I got 5ish hours of sleep. Was hoping for more rain but I'll take whatever we can get. That was the first rain of fall. Hopefully we get a lot more.
