What did you do in the garden today?

I got those and and RSV shot at the same time a few weeks ago, and I think the Covid arm hurt the worst. Never had the RSV vaccine before but from what I understand it's a one time deal.
I did learn I had my RVS last time James could not he is not 50 yet.
I also am unable to stack vaccines it will make me sick.

Hubby and I got our flu and Covid shots today. I took one in each arm. I'm hoping my arms aren't too sore to do some shoveling tomorrow.
I haven’t been able to get either in a few years. I had a pretty bad reaction to both a while back and that in combination with having an immune disorder the doctor said not to get them anymore

So happy to hear the meds are helping. I hope you get better quickly.

Lucky you - asters are one of my favorite flowers but they don't grow perennially here. I have to keep replacing them.
There are several native Aster species in the USA. Not sure of your zone. Most likely you bought Asters. Those are usually a Chinese species and do not come back. I have woods Asters growing wild at the cabin zone 3b. Message me if you want seed.

That's a sweet offer but I'm certain the brown flat part of Oklahoma that's about 30 ft from the surface of the sun in the summer would be too much of a culture shock for the precious beauties. I've tried some of my brother NY asters and some from the foothills of Colorado as well as others I found growing wild in the green hilly eastern part of my state but thus far, it's just annuals for me.

well, I'm only 35 feet from the sun and go from flooding years to years in a row of extreme drought. I've got wild micro asters, purple and white, everywhere, the lawn, the garden the compost pile, the gravel drive....... hearty boogers

Picked 4 more pumpkins today from the garden for pie filling. I weighed the 7 I have total and am at 97 pounds.... That's.a.lot.of.pies. I only planted 2 seeds and all the baby pumpkins died off this summer from the rain. I'm kinda shocked they grew this big. I have one more to pick that isn't ready yet.
