I have a love/hate relationship with my bread machine. I love that it does the mixing and kneading for me, hate the texture of the bread that's baked in it. So I take the dough out when its done kneading, and rise it elsewhere and bake in the oven . So much better.I found a bread making machine in our closet. Wife's sister gave it to her years ago. Her sister did not use it much. Wife never used it. No manual so I looked it up online. I made a loaf of raisin bread. Best loaf I ever made. I see where it kneads it 18 minutes. I think that made the difference.
