What did you do with your first egg?

BREAKFAST!!

"IT" was actually 4 first eggs

After sending pix of it to everyone I know (and some I didn't know), I set it next to the laptop and admired it until after everyone came home and saw it "for real".

Then I scrambled it with some yogurt and cooked rice and gave it to the girls.

We've eaten all of them since!

Well, we set it on the counter for a good part of the day. Then into the egg carton it went for about a week because we were trying to decide who should get to eat it. Then a few days later we got another egg from a different chicken so momma and daddy decided we should get to eat the fruits of out labor and each had a breakfast sandwich.

I poked holes in each end and blew all the yolk and stuff out. I keep it in my mini egg basket on the counter! I will keep it forever!

I just ate it all by myself, I didn't even offer it to my hubby! Now I wish I had saved the shell.

I do have great pictures...and yes my family thought I was nuts, but not so nuts that they take their share of eggs.

The first thing I did was brag to Bird Hearder that I was the one to find the first egg. We admired it, took its picture and admired it some more.
A few days later, hubby had fried eggs. And the first egg was a double yolker!
