What did you do with your first eggs?

Our first egg? We're so excited we auctioned it on eBay. LOL.
It was late August last year when we got ours, We put it in a basket and took hundred of photos of it. We waited till we have a few and invited friends to do a taste test comparison with store bought - they all became our weekly customers/competitor with our fresh organic unwashed eggs.

First blow out the egg -- then pencil the pullet name and date -- keep 'em forever. Use the contents of course.
